Childhood obesity means that a child has excess body weight for their age and height. It is not just about looking overweight it can affect a child’s overall health, growth, and confidence.

Today, many children gain weight due to unhealthy eating habits, less physical activity, and too much screen time.

  • Tiredness easily

  • Snoring during sleep

Childhood obesity can happen due to many reasons:

Unhealthy Eating Habits

  • Sugary drinks

  • Large portion sizes

  • Eating while watching TV or mobile

  • No regular sports or exercise
